娘惹式的焖猪脚与传统的酸醋猪脚不一样,这道料理用上了香茅、红辣椒、辣椒干、阿叁膏、阿叁片等材料,先将猪蹄香烤,酱汁需要另外熬煮后,再一同焖煮,味道更浓烈,更香更辣!

    Step 1

    把猪脚清洗干净,加入海盐,黄糖和生抽搅拌均匀,放在冰箱腌制1小时。Clean the trotter, add on sea salt, brown sugar and light soy sauce, marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

    Step 2

    放入预热220℃,设置上下火的烤箱,烤1小时。Bake the trotter in preheated @ 220℃ oven for 1 hour.

    Step 3

    同时烧开水,放入所有香料,慢火煮20分钟,再加入烤好的猪脚一起小火焖煮45分钟,即刻上菜。At the same time, boil all the spices with low heat for 20 minutes, add the roasted trotters and simmer for another 45 minutes, serve immediately.
